Siân is a Leiths-trained chef and food stylist based in London. 

After completing the Leiths Diploma in Food & Wine, she now works freelance in food styling.

Siân has assisted top food stylists on a range of commercial, editorial and recipe book shoots. She has assisted on shoots for clients including Waitrose, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, Fortnum & Mason, The Great British Bake Off, Delicious Magazine and Tastemade.

Siân can also be available for recipe testing and development, as well as private catering and occasion cakes.
